Best facility in MG: swimming pool, steam room, 90 degrees sauna, aroma and light sauna, whirlpool. However, more courses could be offered in the pool for young people, eg, B, Aqua-Zumba.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Awesome gym. I like the e-gym devices that give me what I need and it's perfect to measure the results. It is true that most of those machines exist one time only so that there is a bit of waiting or you have to be creative to do some other exercise. However. It is a clean and nice gym with a superior view over the city. And it also comes with a pool and sauna on the ground floor. And last but definitely not least; a friendly and always smiling staff! I had tried many gyms before but this is the best.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great gym with quasi fully automatic machines. The devices are set once to the personal circumstances (size, strength, etc.) and then you only have to hold your card and the device sets everything by itself! The weights can of course be increased from time to time and are saved. Furthermore, I like the audience on site better than in many other fitness studios, where unfortunately many "proletarians" usually run around. That you can still use the spa area after extensive training is of course a great plus.

The course room is also available for this. Sauna and pool is manageable but pleasant and completely sufficient for a round of relaxation after sport. The only drawback, I find the training area too warm. Here in winter the heating should be turned down a bit.

Positive Erfahrung: This is clear for endurance and short training. Dumbbell area is rather poor. The sauna is good and there is a infusion program available.
