A lot of time is taken for the members, training goals are discussed and training plans are created individually according to the goals. The training instructions are very understandable and helpful. We are always happy to help if you have any questions. You can tell that the studio is run with a lot of heart and soul. The atmosphere in the studio is always friendly. The wellness area rounds off the great offer.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been in this studio for over 15 years now. Due to the change of ownership about 2 years ago, the atmosphere has increased. For me personally, the LesMills courses are not so suitable, the back and fat burner courses from Oleg Hermes as well as the step and fat burner courses from Nadine Hunder-Heuser all the more so. In this studio, both on the training area and in the course area, attention is paid to movements that are back-friendly and gentle on the joints, as well as the respective illnesses. There are also several courses in the rehabilitation area. All in all a studio in which health and enjoyment of sport are in the foreground, in a very friendly, family atmosphere.
