Fantastisches Erlebnis: In addition to professional, always friendly help and support, there are training plans (which are regularly updated or renewed so that you never get bored), contacts who are really interested in helping you move forward and who are also able to do so, a really great atmosphere, because Alex too still attaches importance to the fact that you should feel comfortable during training, and a small wellness area that invites you to relax after training. Everyone knows days when you have little motivation for training ... but thanks to the team from AH Personal Training & Studio and the visible successes from the training, such days have become very, very rare. For me the best possible studio - which is why I even accept half an hour's drive, although there are several studios in the immediate vicinity of me.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very modern and chic fitness studio with a family touch! As an absolute gym newbie, I felt very comfortable here right from the start! The eGym devices offer a great start and, thanks to the large number of programs, optimal training tailored to your own goal. Health problems (knee injuries, etc.) are dealt with individually! Even in times of a pandemic, you always felt safe because air filter systems were purchased. A high demand for cardio equipment was responded to quickly and another device was quickly available. I also tried the EMS training a few times. A whole new experience! Here, too, my wishes were individually addressed! All in all a great studio where you can always find a suitable contact person and where you can easily achieve your sporting goals.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been with AH Personal Training & Studio for over a year now and for me it's simply unrivaled on Bergstrasse. Here you do not train in the conventional "Muckibude", on the contrary: the audience is mixed from young to old and it is never overcrowded. The trainers are technically and personally simply great and actually take care of the training progress. The training plans are always adapted to current needs. I am happy to have found such a studio! Keep it up :)

The trainers motivate and correct and are always available. The training opportunities are fantastic, because there is always enough space, the equipment modern and diverse, the people are incredibly nice and colorful and you always get new training impulses. And the water massage table afterwards ... mega.

At least everything was explained to me as a gymnewbie in a very understandable way and alternatives to the exercises to be performed were shown. The definition of a short and long term goal with the explanation of a progressive development was very helpful for my understanding. Above all, I really liked the pleasant, family atmosphere and the friendly interaction with one another. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for me to continue training in Seeheim. I explained my reasons and Alexander was very accommodating and released me from my contract early. MANY THANKS for that, that is not a matter of course! Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been training here for 3 years now. The combination of professionalism, motivation and fun, varied and sweaty training is ideal for me. In my job, I work a lot on the computer or sit for a long time. Training together is the solution to doing something good for my body after several days of work. Alex always makes the training very varied. Pushing your limits, but never without having fun. One of the greatest advantages of having personal training Alex and co-workers are of course the professional eye, who targets mistakes and corrects them immediately, so that postural errors do not tear during the exercises. By the way, the perfect, very finely furnished studio and the possibility of water massage and colarium contribute to absolute well-being here.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Pain free and powerful - that's how I feel since I started the PT with Alexander 2 months ago. He is extremely competent and empathic and manages to bring me to my limits by his lovingly unyielding way to me and get the pleasure of doing sports - I am always looking forward to the training and the new exercises we try. Thanks to the EMS training, I was able to get a grip on my back pain and can gain a tremendous amount of strength - even though I still lost a kilo or two and want to lose even more - it's great. The atmosphere in the lovely Microstudio is warm and uncomplicated and it offers all the possibilities to pursue my individual training goals and also to try unusual ways.
