Fantastische Erfahrung: Very friendly staff, no contractual obligations, solid equipment and trainers who are always there to help you with improvements and good ideas for training. Good atmosphere, not overcrowded, clean and tidy.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training here for a few years and I am really satisfied. As a rule, the trainers are specialized, sports students and athletes and are really competent. You pay 15 euros / month or 40 € / 3 months for promotions and you can just go to train without signing a contract. The location is also great, right on the thm and you can just go to work out between lectures. By the way, the showers are free. There are even extra opening times for women where only women can train. The gym is more for "normal" people who just want to do sport and for athletes who train functionally or prefer more specific training with the trainers. The only negative points are - Staggered opening times no 24/7 - The size of the gym is more like 2 rooms Not suitable for bodybuilders due to the size, number of machines and opening times. Conclusion: very good fitness studio for women, normal and athletes who want to do strength training in addition to sport.
