Fantastisches Erlebnis: A box you want to stay in! No matter whether you are an experienced crossfitter or a newcomer. It is dealt with individually and a high focus on good technology, which is repeated over and over again, it does not matter which course is attended. Before each WOD, the explanations are discussed individually and at any time. If you don't want to stay there, it's almost your own fault, because the existing team welcomes everyone with open arms and lets you become a part :-D. Community is lived here.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I used to work out alone in the gym. This cannot be compared with that here. It's more fun, you push your limits and you have a strong community around you. The coaches always have an eye on the correct execution. A great box all round!
