What I personally find positive is that you can do a good combination of open gym and classes and even during a class it doesn't bother you if you're taking part in the open gym or in the class that everything is taking place in the hall at the same time. The hall is very large and everyone can do their training there. It is also positive that you can view the workouts a week in advance with explanations, so that you can adjust the rest of your training plan afterwards if you like or catch up on workouts for yourself if you were unable to take part in time. The concept that appointments are valid for a month and not a week gives you the opportunity to make up for them at the end of the month if you were unable to come for a week for personal reasons. Which is very useful in my everyday life. The box is very clean and great importance is attached to hygiene. I like being a member there

Fantastische Erfahrung: A really large Crossfit Box that offers enough space for everyone. Regardless of whether you want to train on your own or in a group with others, everyone has enough space on over 500 square meters. I especially like that it is a large hall and that the open gym and the classroom are not spatially separated, so you see each other more often and you can chat more quickly even after the sweaty session. The training is very varied and a lot of emphasis is placed on the fact that at the beginning the focus is on the technique and not on increasing the weights. I've made tremendous strides here !!! What really stands out positively is how we deal with the corona pandemic! The two owners took care of a special permit with a great hygiene concept, which all members had the opportunity to train outdoors as early as February 2021. An outdoor RIG was even set up in the parking lot. Even since things have finally continued indoors, the pandemic is not being dealt with lightly here! With strict, but really protective measures for everyone, you also feel really good during training! Highly Recommended! There is a lot of passion, sweat and joy in working in the box :-)

This is also reflected in the training. The focus here is clearly on the technology. Weight is only set when the technology is in place. True to the motto: "Practice doesn't make perfect. Only perfect practice makes perfect! "" Even as a beginner you will definitely get your money's worth. The exercise is too difficult or cannot be carried out in a technically clean manner? No problem the trainers show so many variations of an exercise that there is always one that you can do effectively yourself. Compared to the other Crossfit boxes in the area, the Crossfit Box Go Ahead is in the middle of the range in terms of price. The connection by bus, train and car is great. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. The Wandsbek market is only a few minutes away by bus.
