Fantastisches Erlebnis: After moving to Hamburg I was looking for a new box. At Virage I not only found competent coaches but also a great community. A special focus is placed on clean movement execution and the individually correct scaling. The size of the classes also ensures that every athlete can be looked after appropriately.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Beste Box in Hamburg. Zwar klein, dafür fein. Super zentrale Lage, direkt am Stadtpark und Coach Tino nimmt sich für alles und jeden Zeit. „truth is in the detail“ Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: es gibt kein Assault Bike, aber was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden ????

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been with CrossfitVirage for almost half a year and I don't want to miss it anymore! I started as a beginner and was able to develop enormously through the training. Above all, the cohesion among the members is great! Everyone supports everyone and you make each other laugh. The equipment is great and the good instructions also make it very easy to get in!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I did a mobility session with Tino via Zoom and was very enthusiastic. Very good explanations of the poses including reasons why you are doing something or when / how you notice that you are in a wrong posture. We recommend.

The training is very varied and individual needs are addressed. In addition, the level is adjusted individually. Thus, the box is suitable for both beginners and advanced users.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Due to Corona, I have the opportunity to take part in online workouts, even with boxes that are otherwise unlikely to come due to my location. CrossFit Virage is also there and does great workouts. You can express your personal problems or wishes freely and get super helpful tips on how to train or what you should try to get better. If I'm in the area at some point, nothing stands in the way of a training session on site :) Thanks for the great workouts and advice :)
