Fantastisches Erlebnis: Pierre Clasen was not only one of the most successful martial artists from Hamburg, but also always a respectful and ambitious athlete. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I trained for years in the gym to myself, without great success and found that to be less than satisfactory. So was looking for something else and got the tip with CrossFit from a friend. It was just coincidence that I ended up with Pierre. But already with the intro I had a revival experience. With the coach and the people you can not help but want to come back again and again. I am now 1.5 years and happy as the first day, even more. Best decision of my sporting life!
