Fantastische Erfahrung: I dropped in from Mexico for 10 days.. I used to workout at CrossFit Mayhem for 2 years. The WestGym facility is amazing!! It is very spacious, clean and safe. The head coach, Andrei, was super knowledgeable on form, performance and the programming was great. I felt just like home. Thank you west gym CrossFit, I am definitely coming back. :)

Although it is a comparatively small box, it offers everything that is necessary for a good workout. I would particularly like to take this opportunity to thank you for the helpful corrective measures, which had hands and feet, and the loud support for Open Workout 18.4! Both Andrei and the community are passionate about Crossfit. Very honest and authentic. Gladly again when I'm visiting Hamburg.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been a member for 2 years and I'm very happy with the community. The trainers pay attention to the correct execution of exercises, vary in the WODs and offer courses for both beginners and advanced crossfitter, so that everyone has a chance to work on their weaknesses. With the move, we are now training in a larger hall and have enough space to let off steam. CrossAesthetics, mainly attended by women, is also highly recommended. There is even a MamaFit course for mothers and an extra scope to accommodate the little ones well. Conclusion: super trainer, great crossfit box and great community :-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Well-trained and cordial coaches who are always interested in supporting and motivating you! The equipment and size of the box is great, changing rooms and showers are also modern, clean and large. The good community is the heart and soul of this box and it is growing steadily. All in all a box that I can highly recommend from a human and sporting point of view.

Thanks to the very nice and competent trainer, I learned a lot at MamaFit and both got confidence in my body again and built up physical fitness and mental strength. I noticed particularly positively that time was taken to respond to individual needs and problems, there were a lot of explanations about exercises and physical relationships and that I felt welcome at all times thanks to the relaxed, understanding and warm atmosphere. The new studio is wonderfully large and has great equipment (including children's playroom)! We recommend!

He was a professional sprinter so being a field athlete, the drills and exercises he gives me directly translate to explosive power I need on the field. Fantastische Erfahrung: WOD was very exhausting and motivating... What more could one want?

Fantastische Erfahrung: A really great box, with a super trained coach. Andrei understands his craft and is very careful that the exercises are carried out cleanly. Ie. you have to be prepared to be constantly corrected, unlike in a X beibiegen studio with overflowing courses. The exercises are exhausting, but highly effective. Of course, the membership is not very cheap, but it is individually tailored to one. Positive results were visible to me after a short time. I am very satisfied and can only recommend this box.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I trained for more than a year in Crossfit Westgym and say in advance that the time was really good. I have been practicing fitness in various forms for several years. Crossfit Westgym helped me greatly improve my squat form, deadlift, warm-up, stretching and fascia training and I learned a lot. The training is well structured, Andreí's head coach is passionate about it and cares a lot about his athletes and the gym. There are regular team events away from the training. The team itself is also very cordial and welcomes everyone. I myself stop with Crossfit because I need very flexible training times in my new job and now I focus on Calisthenics. The team is great and helps you reach your limits. All in all, it was a great time and I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastische Erfahrung: My wife and I have been going there for the last 10 months. This was our first crossfit experience and we both are now hooked. I am a former collegiate level basketball player used to high level training and have really come to love crossfit and the crossfit community. The classes at west gym are tough and challenging but doable. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help me with deficits and to improve. The people at the box have become like a second family for my wife and I, here in a foreign country. Everyone is positive and really pushes one another. The atmosphere is both competitive an collaborative. We have made new life long friends thanks to our great experience at the box. Both my wife and I have seen a real transformation in our bodies and in our lives. Thanks Andre for everything.
