Fantastisches Erlebnis: I had a trial training yesterday and was warmly welcomed into the group. The trainers really take their time to show total beginners like me the exact technique. Here you can see why Crossfit is more expensive than a McFit. But it's totally worth it. I will register and look forward to the next WODs! Addendum: I've been with us for a month now and I'm still thrilled. Meanwhile I had some standard exercises like deadlifts, military press, wall walks, etc .. in training and got along really well. The trainers Marc, Bruno and Lenny know how it works. I recommend Heart n Heavy to anyone who wants to try CrossFit. Cheers!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Spontaneously went to the drop in when I felt like doing something crossfit while on vacation in Hamburg. It was worth it. It was fun and I'll be back when I'm in HH.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great reception. Very courteous and nice staff. In addition, it is very clean there and the devices look very high quality and in good condition. You can train well there and the range of devices is available, so everything is possible. It's definitely worth stopping by! I love to come back again and again.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: To put it in a school grade express a 1+ with a star. You can expect an incredibly warm, great, funny community where EVERYONE is welcome. Whether super crossfit athlete, amateur athlete, judge, couch potato, lion mum or fighter heart. Here everyone finds his key to sport, to movement. Mega facilities, great and clean location, 1-A trained coaches who get the most out of you. As the name implies, here everyone realizes that HEART is really inside. Great concept.
