The training is perfectly adapted to each individual and is more varied than anywhere else. The great community also makes every training session a great experience

Fantastisches Erlebnis: We were in Lübeck for a few days and booked a drop-in at Trave CrossFit based on a recommendation! We received a very warm welcome! The owner Christian and his wife Annika are very open and lovable people! The workout was a really cool EMOM! And because it was so much fun, we went back the day after next! This time with we went out again with better snatch technique! The box alone is a reason to come back to Lübeck! See you soon I hope!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: During my vacation on the Baltic Sea I stopped by Trave CrossFit and took part in a CF class via "Drop In". Christian (the owner) was super nice and communicative;) The course was well coordinated with all members and everyone was taken into consideration. The other participants were relaxed but fully focused and motivated. The gym is clean and well equipped. Quasi typically North German: no frills and right to the point;)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Nice old school box (former slaughterhouse) All equipment is there what you can imagine. The coach picks up everyone at their individual level and brings their personal touch to the training (we were at the kettlebell Friday) - not just the standard movements that you know from other boxes! There is also a lot of background knowledge about exercises and techniques! The members are very open and there is a real team spirit! When i'm back in town i will be back! Keep it up Christian!
