Great early bird community that integrates you well and happily. The coach, very competent, knows how to pick you up where you are and gives good tips at the right moment. The box looks great and is well equipped. The one who does the Wod is clearly structured and well looked after. Showers (1xy1xx1oo) perfectly. Lush merch. In short: Langenfeld is worth it! thank you for the great time

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Box, coach and community are really great. Since my first training at the end of 2017, I've been enthusiastic and consistently motivated. My personal increase in performance during this time clearly exceeds my expectations and gives the concept and management of this box right. The growth of the community is also a clear sign of the quality with which the training units, the support and the equipment are carried out. If you are looking for a box or want to get closer to the topic of Crossfit, you are in very good hands here and will probably not leave anytime soon. ;)
