It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner or an ambitious athlete, everyone is welcome there and gets what you are looking for according to your training goal. Fantastische Erfahrung: Great workout # Training planning Do the online training program "Extra Work" for people who want to work on their weaknesses a little and/or competitors including the class WODs. I absolutely love this. The training plan indicates whether the training part is intended for ambitious athletes or for competitors. So everyone can pick up their additional plus. A very good standardized training plan, for which there is also a video explanation for each day, so that everyone can choose the right weight and scale it according to the workout goal. # Online coaching I booked a video analysis for the training plan. Say I film my training or the exercises and WODs, upload them and the box owner and trainer Moritz looks at them every Sunday. I get back a video with feedback, tips, etc. on what I should change. In my opinion, this is a must, because it's the only way you can really work on your weaknesses on your own. # Individual training plan If I ever have money to spare in the future, it's not far to consider switching from the standard plan to this one. I believe my enthusiasm and also for the work of the owner and trainer Moritz is reflected here. # box Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the box because I've never been there. I'm 100 percent remote here. But the way I see it, it would be my box of choice in Hanover (because I've had very good remote experiences so far).

Fantastische Erfahrung: Because I'm not from Hanover, I'm with Moritz in remote coaching. I became aware of Moritz through the fitness Bundesliga, where he accompanies the matchdays as a commentator. Great expertise, always explained something about the tactics of the workouts. Top! I then contacted him. We discussed my goals together with him in the box. What do I want to improve and how do I get there. This was about 9 months ago and I have to say that the expertise and enthusiasm for CrossFit is reflected in the weekly training plans that he creates individually for me. You notice the difference to training plans that you can buy on the Internet, which I did before. Through the individual, you can specifically train the weaknesses that you want to improve. In terms of endurance and gymnastics, I have become much stronger. Every 4 weeks we talk via zoom and talk about the past weeks of training to refine more and more. If you want a training plan tailored to your needs, Moritz is the place for you!

The box is clean, the people are great and there was nothing missing in terms of equipment - even weightlifting was possible, even with a heavier load! Fantastische Erfahrung: Just great! The trainers are not only personable but also very professional and knowledgeable. The sport "CrossFit" always seemed a bit elitist to me, during the trial training I was absolutely convinced of the opposite! They briefly introduced themselves to me, asked about physical limitations (knees, shoulders, etc.) and gave good tips during the workout. The trainer Moritz looked very closely and accordingly praised or gave tricks and tips for better execution. You can tell that here in the house you are very familiar with the human physique. The WoD (workout of the day) was crisp, but care was always taken to ensure that the weights weren't too heavy and that the execution was correct so that you didn't get injured. You don't find that everywhere! The equipment in the box is of the highest quality, the premises are large and offer many opportunities to let off steam in addition to the courses. No comparison with conventional gyms and well worth the money. Attention is paid to hygiene and compliance with corona measures. Very exemplary!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super CrossFit Box Moritz got me fit again in a few months after a 1 year break and many cheat days: D As a beginner you get great support not only from the trainer but also from the members and the equipment and the box are just awesome. The community both in the classes and off the field is great - everyone cheers everyone on, one motivates each other and "newbies" are quickly integrated. In the individual classes you can see the professionalism behind the programming. The coaches have a very extensive knowledge and always try to find the best (scaling) option for everyone. Fantastische Erfahrung: Mega cool box! I started the Foundation Classes as an absolute CrossFit newbie and was immediately enthusiastic. Very helpful trainers who take a lot of time, especially for beginners, and hone their technique until the movements are right, varied and well thought-out WODs that push every level of performance to its limits. Plus a super nice and open-minded community, perfect!

Safety always comes first and everyone is considered in the small groups. The Wod's are great and a suitable and challenging variant is worked out with each. Fantastische Erfahrung: After thinking about it for a long time and worrying about being "far too unsportsmanlike" for CrossFit, I came across this box. My concerns were quickly taken away from me. Both the trainers and all the other members are super nice, motivated and helpful. The exercises are all really well explained, even for those who don't have the plan yet. If you fail to do an exercise, alternatives are shown. I am totally exhausted after every workout and my muscles are so sore, but I am also very happy. Unlike before, I always look forward to going to sport.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Best box in Hanover! I've been training here for about 18 months and, unlike at normal gyms before, it has immediately become a routine. Pleasant and professional trainers who take their time, a nice community and a very well-equipped box. After a trial training session, you can take the 6 foundation courses and then choose from various packages with great flexibility. The prices are very fair for what is on offer!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training at CFFC for 2 years and had no previous Crossfit experience. Super nice team, a great foundation course, which I do "just for fun" every now and then (technique training never gets old). The hall is big and the equipment is great (would be constantly expanded over the last 2 years). Class size is great with a max of 10 and in parallel you can almost always train freely in the other hall section. Best Box in Hanover :)
