Fantastische Erfahrung: This box is recommended to everyone, no matter if you are a beginner or a pro! There is a large hall of around 200m² and a smaller one of around 100m². The best material from Rogue is available. All techniques are explained and shown in courses. You can get feedback on what you said at any time. Afterwards you will always sweat properly in the workouts. The community is also really cool and you always feel very welcome.
