In addition to all the sports I do, I have found a place and support in training with Oliver Nell, where my technical development is the focus for a few hours. Oliver Nell manages to respond individually to your technical errors, fears and concerns in a conscious, calm and competent manner in order to then steer you and your energy in the right direction. Thank you for having found a place and a coach in whose training development never stands still and you reach your limits in terms of strength and endurance in order to then exceed these limits. Thank you for always focusing on our health and the correct execution of the technique during all the hard training. If you want to grow beyond yourself, this is the right place for you! You will be reminded of a wide variety of elements, such as Weight lifting, gymnastic exercises, improving mobility, etc. were introduced. Open questions are answered here specifically and in full. So if you like sport and the challenges that come with it. Should take a look but be careful, it could be addicting.
