Fantastische Erfahrung: Thanks to the trainer, motivation is also awakened early in the morning and you get out of the workout better than you went in. I've been with it since January 2016. Thanks to the training, the conversations and the constant motivation, I had one of my best summers this year. Through the training I felt well prepared for the events, 2 times survival training in Germany and England (Bear Grylls Survival Academy) and a CrossDeluxe run in Leipzig. For me as an over 40s it is exciting to see what the training does to you and how the energy increases in your own body. Lately I've been leaving the car on Sundays early and prefer to jog the 2 km to the bakery. Yes, the training is tough - but not brutal. You just have to get used to it and then a wonderful journey begins. I thank you Felix and Andy. Keep it up.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Joined in December 2016 and great community. New workouts every day that push you to your limits. Above all, attention is paid to a clean, technical design. In addition, there is also a get-together a few times a year, be it a Christmas party or a barbecue.

Regardless of whether you are a beginner or advanced, the coaches cater to everyone personally. This makes it feel like personal training, not just alone, but in a small group. If you want to push your limits in terms of sport and want to see success quickly, this is the right sport for you, especially in this box.
