Fantastisches Erlebnis: Did a great training session in the box today. Brilliant trainer who explains everything clearly and corrects mistakes if necessary, great equipment and a brilliant community. Unfortunately, I can only give a maximum of 5 points here.

What I like about CF is the variety of exercises ... and that in the group, combined with a very good, friendly atmosphere Trainer. Great...

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very well equipped box; very friendly tone; child friendly; professional dedicated trainers who find a solution for every fitness level, who know the individual athletes well and support their progress. Many additional offers, e.g. nutrition seminars or personal target discussions... go there!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I can recommend the CrossFit Box! A very pleasant atmosphere and Laurenz is extremely personable and a very good trainer!

The training is fun, there are just nice people and the trainer is super competent. The box is very clean and you are accepted directly into the group. Expand like this :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A really great and familiar CrossFit Box, where a lot of value is placed on the members and the right training. In contrast to the cheap fitness studio, I am not left alone here, but given intensive support. You will be welcomed very well and they are always there for you, from the trainers or members. It's a lot of fun to train in this flu.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have already trained in a few CrossFit boxes and gyms, but I found CrossFit Schwäbisch Gmünd the best by far. You can really tell that the trainer and boxing boss Laurenz is passionate about it and does everything to develop the full potential of his trainees. It is also completely based on the individual goals of the athletes. In addition, the community and the handling in the box is really great. From complete beginners to high-performance crossfitters, everything is included and everyone gets along perfectly. The box is also equipped with the latest equipment, everything is clean and tidy. The showers and changing rooms are also cleaned daily. Regarding Coronna ... although we are currently unable to go to the gym due to the lockdown, several online sessions are estimated for the training almost every day. The support is great there too, even in times of crisis the team manages to increase the fitness of its athletes. All thumbs up!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The CrossFit Schwäbisch Gmünd team was super friendly. I received a nice welcome when I dropped in and the training was great too! A well-trained coach had good tips in store and I was able to learn a lot. Gladly again next time!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: An exhausting and demanding but cool first training in a great community - Laurenz is a competent and sympathetic trainer! He always pays attention to the correct execution of the exercises and motivates the athlete during the workout. I will gladly come again!
