Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've only recently started training with Crossfit Heroes, but I'm amazed by the great community and trainers. At the beginning I thought about whether I could do it, and yes, everyone can do it, because if something doesn't work right away, it's scaled down to a simpler version of the exercise so that beginners can train with the pros. The trainers always have an open ear and when training in small groups, they can keep an eye on everyone. In fact, everyone can be a hero here.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hello, my dears , Anyone who thinks about going to the Crossfit Heroes or not will notice after the first rehearsal day at the latest that it is the right decision to take part. We (I mum 32 of two boys, one 2 the other 5) are the ones who say that's exactly what we were looking for! We were there for the first time yesterday, I really liked it, the positive aura you can feel there is really amazing. I felt really good, the people motivate you and support you, that's really awesome! (although you don't know each other, it seems like you've known the people your whole life) The best thing is that as a mum, I can train while my older one is taking part in a course and the little one is being cared for. That's what I was looking for the whole time! My boys loved it too! I can only recommend it with 5 stars! Thanks

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Was there for a non-binding trial training session and am genuinely enthusiastic. You get a warm and familiar welcome, which I find particularly sympathetic. As an absolute newcomer who has no contact with Crossfit, I was super instructed and motivated by the personal trainer! The exercises are super coordinative and also very exhausting. Just the thing to work out and enjoy your progress. My sore muscles tell me that I will visit the Crossfit heroes more often now!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: What can I say? Hannah's team has created a true crossfitter dream here. New equipment on a really large area that leaves nothing to be desired. Everyone who really wants to work out is at the right place here. At Crossfit, the focus is not only on your own performance, but especially on the community, which is the big hit here! The box is well equipped and has endless space. Roman, one of the coaches took a lot of time for me. At the beginning I had my concerns, if I can do that, you will accept the normal thoughts when you come to something new. But after the first training session, these thoughts were gone!
