Fantastisches Erlebnis: It is one of the best box I have ever tried. People are super nice and there is always good vibe. I made friends since minute one and the workouts are super cool too. I couldn't be happier for meeting this space where to train and make friends. I will definitely come back!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I am still new to the pits and after a long break I am back in sports. You feel welcome from the start and the trainers and other members are very warm and motivating in their dealings with each other. I did a trial training in three different boxes and ultimately decided on Lex. So far I can recommend the box to anyone interested.

Above all, there is a good coach who pays attention to the posture !! ! Friendly atmosphere, from the leadership and the fellow athletes !!!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A really wonderful Crossfit box here in Frankfurt, particularly for Crossfit beginners and those who are put off by the hyper competition-focused boxes. All of the coaches and other athletes at Crossfit Lex are supportive and focused on helping you achieve your fitness goals, not just on prepping for the next round of competition. They’ve worked hard to foster a feeling of mutual support and community both inside and outside the gym. I’ve been coming here since moving to Germany in early 2018 and can’t imagine going to another gym. Also good for lessons in both German and English, with a very international group.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great place and atmosphere. Coaching is focused and dedicated and the whole training group is really welcoming and familiar. Many classes are in English and this is great for internationals. Totally recommended

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The best choice in Frankfurt, especially for newcomers to Crossfit. Not a big anonymous box but very familiar and warm. You don't just go here because you "should" but at some point you can't do anything else. The sport is addicting and that is mainly due to the great coaches and the other participants. Everyone sweats together and cheers each other on. It couldn't be better.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I can only recommend Crossfit Lex. The exercises are well explained. The atmosphere is good. I always look forward to training. I even got a shoulder impingement with it.

For three years now, I have been looking forward to a great team several times a week with whom you can look forward to new successes every day and who can work out weaknesses together. The coach is always fully convinced and supports everyone in achieving their personal goals. There is no better place in Frankfurt to get fit!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: In the morning before work, in the evening as the end of the day, and on the weekend anyway. Outside in the fresh air, in wet or dark with possibility to dive indoors. Sympathetic fellow combatants of all ages, recreational and competitive athletes train at eye level. I've been training Essence several times a week for half a year. Never before has a training been repeated, the coach keeps coming up with new ideas and challenges. That's fitness!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Whenever I find time, I go to Essence exercise. It's just a lot more effective than just waiting on a treadmill until the time has passed. The group is open-minded and nice. At the moment I manage to do it rarely but I promise improvement;)
