Fantastisches Erlebnis: I participated as a one time drop-in, so my review is mainly targeted to visitors. Located near Berlin center, it's not too hard to reach by public transportation. Registration was completely online, which was fairly simple. As I participated in only one class, My view on the coaching, programming and atmosphere may be skewed, but there are a few things that I especially liked about this place. First, the box itself is pretty spacious, both the indoor part and the option for outdoor training. Second, the coach was really professional, helpful and supportive. Third, and this might only reflect the certain class I participated in, but the participating crossfitters were very diverse in their abilities. Because Crossfit is also about atmosphere and team support, some people, myself included, feel better when their abilities are comparable to others. I felt the mixture of participants on my visit allowed anyone to feel comfortable in that sense.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great box, great atmosphere, competent trainers, friendly staff. Unlike some people write here, the box is the perfect size (you only train in fixed small groups). The box is open and has a great fresh air supply.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I really like everything about this box: the smell (of rubber and steel) when you enter the box, the questions in the introduction rounds, the music during the workouts (coaches = DJ talents), the atmosphere before and after a workout (the workouts themselves too, of course :-)), the members, with whom you can always have a good chat (about Crossfit, but also about other things), the humour, the mobility corner, the snacks, that when you walk, you know what you've done, and of course: the committed, cool and, above all, very competent coaches! <3

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The best gym experience in Berlin/Germany so far! Down to earth, great community, focus on technique/fitness and no strange CrossFit church or hipster thing. Trainers all speak English, supportive and great guys/gals. Sure CrossFit isn't cheap but you certainly get what you are paying for. The small groups allows the trainers to still focus on your individual needs, technique or health issues, while the group factor is very motivating without anything competitive. PLUS: it is super dog-friendly

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Amazing drop-in experience when I was a beginner. Intensive workouts with a friendly international crowd. Amazing programming which never gets boring. Coaches are way more engaged during the workouts compared to what I saw in other CrossFit gyms. Now my friends are asking what transformed me from a nerd to a jock so quickly. As a crossfitan catcher, I had many questions that all trainers always responded to in depth and empathy. I like the flair of the studio and the mood of the crew. Now in the crisis there are online WOD that are the highlight of my day every time. Fantastisches Erlebnis: The CrossFit factory is for me the best box in Berlin !!! This is especially because the coaches (and I really mean ALL coaches) create a very pleasant and motivating climate with their personality as well as with their knowledge and experience to design each course professionally in the sense of the members. It should be emphasized, on the one hand, that it is important for the coaches to cultivate a respectful and open relationship with each other. I really like the name laps at the beginning of a course, although I can not remember all the names :), but it definitely makes sure that a personal and relaxed atmosphere is created between all participants and coaches. On the other hand, it should be emphasized that the coaches attach great importance to members being able to perform each workout as cleanly and effectively as possible. It is always clear to each member what exactly needs to be done in the workout and there is always the possibility for further questions, both in English and German. In particular, exercises that require a sophisticated technique are always explained in practice for the members. During the workout the coaches are very careful that the exercises are done correctly, they also correct and motivate the participants. The workouts are also always very varied and intensively designed with all the familiar elements and devices from the CrossFit. What I also like very much is the Mobility training area, to stretch and relax the muscles after a demanding WOD reasonable. If that is not enough, you also have the opportunity to be treated individually by the Physio practice at the factory. Another highlight is the variety of training offers. Apart from the well-known WOD courses and the OPEN GYM for individual training, there are also PREP courses for the beginners, MOBILITY courses for more flexibility, GYMNASTIC courses for a better technique in exercises with your own body weight, OLY courses for a better technique in weightlifting and even YOGA Courses offered for a better balance. Incidentally, the location is also the hammer and corresponds exactly to the character as one imagines a CrossFit box. In particular, the urban Berlin character, a 100-year-old factory in the backyards right on the Panke, gives the box a unique charm that is second to none. The connection with S-Bahn (Ringbahn) and subway directly in front of the door is ideal. Also, you can safely connect your bike in front of the factory and car parking is free in the area. The training areas, the equipment and the equipment are in excellent condition and are regularly renewed when they are getting old. Changing cabins, toilets and showers are sufficiently available, even if there is certainly still something to be optimized here. As for the cleanliness, you can not eat from the ground, but for the fact that it is a former factory, I find the plant very clean. There's also a large cozy lounge area with a bar. For the summer, you can also grab a comfortable lounge chair to relax with other members after an intense workout out in the sun. I also particularly like the fact that the work is open to constructive feedback from the members and keeps worrying about what can be improved. Corresponding measures are planned and implemented over and over again. For example, renewing the floor for the entire training area or procuring new racks and new equipment. Dear work, you are a great horny Krew and I celebrate you !!! Keep it up! :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Exceptional CrossFit box. Rock solid on the fundamentals, these guys find the perfect balance between pushing you to get better and keeping you injury free. Lots of membership options including drop-ins. Good emphasis on the social aspect too. Shout out to Johannes for drilling my pull-ups!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Definitely my happy place! The coaches are very professional and always take care of helping us achieving our best performance. The workouts are fun, the facilities are big and well equipped and the community is just awesome!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been training there for almost two years now and I am very satisfied! There is a super pleasant team spirit, one could almost speak of a club atmosphere;) The coaches are technically as well as human crème de la crème. As a new member, no matter what level, you are part of the group in no time :) I can really recommend everyone to personally take a picture of this box and the people in it!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Everyone is welcome in the CrossFit factory - from beginners without a fitness background to the established CrossFitter. In a great community under the guidance of motivated and experienced coaches you can immerse yourself in the world of CrossFit. With daily workouts in small groups, everyone can work individually at their limits. The coaches also show how to improve your mobility so that you not only become more efficient in the box but also in everyday life. I personally have not only found a new sport for me, but also a new lifestyle!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hi, in the factory for 1.5 years now and can only recommend it. Without previous experience, I would be well introduced to the techniques and have now been able to multiply strength and endurance. There are different courses every day, including Sundays. You can also work on your individual strengths and weaknesses in the open gym, apart from regular training. Favorite box in Berlin! Best crew, best community!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great coaches and much more. The factory is the nicest box in Berlin. Cool coaches who love you Lean and push through the workout every day! In addition, krew'ler are simply sympathetic people what make the regular community events an experience! In Berlin on the Spree there is only the crossfitwerk UG!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Good box with daily open box hours for those of us who want to focus on some things outside of the daily WOD’s, although the open box area is a bit small and can get crowded on some days. If you go when someone is working the counter, make sure to get a protein smoothy w/ peanut butter. SO DELICIOUS.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: My wife and I enjoy going to the factory 4 times a week. It's just a really great group. The dealings are relaxed and familiar. The trainers are well trained and always have a relaxed saying on their lips. The nice thing is, you know each other and greet each other and the connection was there immediately after the first units. It should also be mentioned that it is not a problem to take your dog with you. Our furry child is always there too!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great box for the Crossfit. I started out as an absolute motor dyslexics, but never suffered any injury due to the professional and close support. Only sore muscles. Lots of soreness. In addition, there is a great mood among the trainees, a real KreW.
