Fantastische Erfahrung: Highly professional training of real crossfitters and movement nerds !! Extremely high quality on the part of the trainers and owners. Every bad posture is corrected. Complex movement sequences are trained progressively in order to minimize the risk of injury. Nice colleagues, great teamwork. = great community. WODs are well thought out and varied - even now in a crisis, great workouts for at home every day. Keep it up !!!
