Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been training here for a few months now and I'm really excited. Super nice, competent trainers who are motivated, a cool and clean box with everything you need and a very nice community.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Yesterday I was in the "Cross Fit Beginners Course" ... I went to the matter without any knowledge or assessment of how such a course works ... I can only say that I finished the course absolutely positively (and completely knocked out) have ... Big compliments to Carsten, who explained everything step by step in a clearly understandable manner. I will definitely come back and get a membership (after my sore muscles have subsided: P)

Carsten and Yvonne explained the execution of the individual exercises well to us, the execution and posture, as well as pointed out individual errors. Friendly community, good atmosphere and finally I went to my limits without even suspecting it. Gladly again!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Incredibly familiar CrossFit studio with great support and top equipment! You can feel that the trainers love their job and everyone is specifically addressed, no matter what physical limitations you have! I can only recommend this CrossFit Studio to everyone!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great box with great trainers. Great attention is paid to the correct execution. The community is amazing too. Never felt left out. Even if I come alone, I'm quickly involved in a conversation :-) we always suffer together. That's great. I keep coming as often as I can. Thanks for finding new boundaries together again and again :-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Was here for the first time with my son yesterday and participated in the trial or entry-level training. It was a lot of fun. The location is great, everything is in great condition and there is a lot of equipment. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxed and Carsten, the box operator gives good help and tips if something doesn't work out. My son was absolutely thrilled and wants to go back.
