Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been training here for a few months now and I'm really excited. Super nice, competent trainers who are motivated, a cool and clean box with everything you need and a very nice community.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Yesterday I was in the "Cross Fit Beginners Course" ... I went to the matter without any knowledge or assessment of how such a course works ... I can only say that I finished the course absolutely positively (and completely knocked out) have ... Big compliments to Carsten, who explained everything step by step in a clearly understandable manner. I will definitely come back and get a membership (after my sore muscles have subsided: P)

Carsten and Yvonne explained the execution of the individual exercises well to us, the execution and posture, as well as pointed out individual errors. Friendly community, good atmosphere and finally I went to my limits without even suspecting it. Gladly again!

Even if I come alone, I'm quickly involved in a conversation :-) we always suffer together. That's great. I keep coming as often as I can. Fantastische Erfahrung: Was here for the first time with my son yesterday and participated in the trial or entry-level training. It was a lot of fun. The location is great, everything is in great condition and there is a lot of equipment. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxed and Carsten, the box operator gives good help and tips if something doesn't work out. My son was absolutely thrilled and wants to go back.
