Fantastisches Erlebnis: Jens and Max take a close look at their customers - their basic needs and their daily condition. After the long Corona break, I found it difficult to train regularly again. The two Weimar trainers, with their technical and human competence, managed to get me "back on board".

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The strength of this studio is the team of the two trainers: Max and Jens are highly competent and communicative, sensitive and friendly, supportive and demanding. The training is demanding, but always individual. The prerequisite for this is that both trainers have a very good overview of their clients and their daily form - and precisely adapt the training. They pay attention to posture errors as well as to "unclean" technique.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The training method is innovative, electrical stimulation training actually comes from the medical-therapeutic area. For 20 minutes of effective time, my entire body is trained and all muscle groups are addressed. The training unit is carried out either with another athlete and the trainer, or the trainer 1: 1. The trainer shows and corrects all exercises if necessary. Many of the individual exercises are already known, but this will not make the training boring. Every workout is a challenge in ever new combinations and intensities. The trainers are all very competent. The overall package is simply convincing! Besides that, there are always nutritional advice. We are on the most important note for everyone who wants to try EMS: Without a healthy lifestyle, the best training is useless and once again common sense is required. For me, a perfect combination and complement, i.e. a healthy lifestyle, moderate endurance training, something for relaxation and EMS once a week and I'm doing very well with it! Above all, the little niggles caused by predominantly sedentary work have almost completely disappeared. So try it yourself!
