Fantastisches Erlebnis: Unfortunately, we (my fiancé and I) have only been able to complete one individual trial session due to time constraints. But that was very convincing! Not only that our trainer, Christian, took the trouble to hold the training for my partner in English. We both really liked the structure of the training, from warming up, to teaching technology, to application, to "free play/fighting". As soon as we have time, we will definitely register. Another plus I see is that there is a certain selection of participants. Not in the sense of "only the best" but in the sense of "no Rambos". Everyone wants to go home unharmed without having to go to the emergency room first. It is therefore good that care is taken to ensure that every participant can show the necessary level of restraint. I have done various martial arts before (but not grappling), but my partner is inexperienced in martial arts. Nonetheless, we both learned, were challenged and most importantly, had fun from start to finish! And yes, the trainers are really very personable and capable. I recommend everyone who is interested in BJJ, Capoeira or MMA to take part in a training. Suitable for English speakers. The coaches are not only capable in teaching but also very nice. No matter your skill level. I strongly recommend trying it out.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: me (super beginner) and my partner had one time trial course here with Christian, it was a very nice experience. Christian explained us the concept of grappling and also practiced some methods with us round by round. We really appreciated it and would like to book the training with Monkey Gym. (After our trip outside of Germany)
