Fantastisches Erlebnis: Due to pain in the shoulder and in the hip, I went to the gym for the first time in spring and was very friendly and competent advice. I have been able to convince myself of the cleanliness, friendliness of the team and the pleasant atmosphere and have been training regularly. The pain is completely gone. Many thanks to the whole team, which makes the stay in the studio very pleasant. Keep it up!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I am just thrilled with the fitness club. I became a member at the beginning of the year because of, among other things, too many Christmas bakeries! The club is nice & clean, the equipment is new and the people are friendly and knowledgeable. There are different courses, there is something for everyone, so I'm completely satisfied with the Injoy Bernbrug.

What I find particularly good: Cleanliness is very important here. I will now be a regular customer at Injoy for 1 year and have made great progress through my training, my permanent back problems are getting better and better. I was able to gain a lot of muscles and strength and learned a lot with the help of the trainers, who also take care of you up close at peak times. In short: If you want to do strength and endurance training and focus on health, this is the place for you.
