What I find particularly good: Cleanliness is very important here. I will now be a regular customer at Injoy for 1 year and have made great progress through my training, my permanent back problems are getting better and better. I was able to gain a lot of muscles and strength and learned a lot with the help of the trainers, who also take care of you up close at peak times. In short: If you want to do strength and endurance training and focus on health, this is the place for you.
