Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very nice and cool people, super-strenuous workouts ... but this is the only way to make proper progress. The coaches always look that all exercises are done correctly. After the training is often still grilled together, even bathe in the Iller directly after training makes a lot of fun. Can anyone who wants to develop physically and wants to train in a fun, relaxed and personal community.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Merlin the Wizard has created a new box! New hall + same good training. Fits great. Cool upper floor area, great area for training. Great showers and toilets. Were there last year and we will be back again in the near future 100%.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great owners and coaches who create a pleasant atmosphere in which one is spurred on to top performances, but never loses sight of the team spirit. Great community, which always cheers you on and motivates you to give everything even on bad days. Unfortunately, the space is a bit limited and well filled in the winter, but in summer it is even more beautiful when the gate is open!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Strength, endurance, agility, speed, dexterity, balance, coordination and accuracy. These are the skills that can be learned optimally and in a very pleasant atmosphere. There is nothing missing in this box that you need to get fit and strong. The daily workouts are carried out very competently and sympathetically and you always feel comfortable between the other participants. I've never missed boredom in training or stuffy training rooms like in the gym. And no matter how tired, weak and unmotivated I went into training, the trainers always managed to give everything in training. And when the sun shows up, the training is quickly moved outside and you can row warm in the sun. Big compliment for the great managed box!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Crossfit Kempten It is a small, but fine box (= studio), which opens plenty of space outside in good weather. The box is equipped with everything necessary. What stands out postitively is the order that is always respected. This is especially beneficial in this smaller box and increases the fun factor. But the most important thing in a box is probably always the coaches. These are friendly and seem competent and knowledgeable. Since the courses always have a maximum size of 10 participants, the personal, individual support is very good, which is absolutely necessary in a complex sport like CrossFit. Individually unbelievable emphasis is put on flexible cooperation. You will rarely find sports facilities that are contractually so individually tailored to customers. Whether 10-card for occasional drop-ins, individual training, or the complete renouncement of contract terms - everything here is absolutely courteous. If you're curious about CrossFit, would like to try it or just want to get out of the treadmill-like gym culture, you'll find cool people and a motivating atmosphere.
