Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very nice sports facility with aklen equipment, which one needed for the cross fit. My personal training was great and of course exhausting and was a lot of fun. It is small and manageable, but it has everything you need.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Well set up box. Open gym area and workout area are separated from each other. Your own training is therefore possible. The workouts correspond to the classic Crossfit workouts, whereby emphasis is placed on ergonomically correct execution. With the perspective of strengthening the body and not ruining it. Very pleasant coach. Many greetings from Dresden, keep up the good work.
