Fantastisches Erlebnis: Simply a super good gym. The audience is very mixed, but also very familiar - not a "backyard Asi club". The trainers are there with heart and soul. The possibility to train up to 6 times a week (also on Sundays), to train stand-up and ground combat and in such an atmosphere, makes the membership fee of just € 55 a month simply unbeatable. An absolute recommendation from me.
