Fantastische Erfahrung: Was recently on a training course in Kenpokan. There are many great schools in Berlin, but the Kenpokan is really unbeatable. Now that even a Crossfit hall has been added to the offer, everything is perfect.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I only attended the Kenpokan for a course, but I was immediately enthusiastic about the versatility and the atmosphere. It was very nice even as a guest and the training with the other students from the Kenpokan was great.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been a member of Kenpokan for about 3 years now and have been thrilled since my first day. I have been in different gyms before, where the friendliness was pretty soon over. My success has been that one is sometimes viewed in amazement by staff and other members, if questions arise or once help with weights was necessary. in Kenpokan I feel more in a family environment to train. Another plus is the course offer in my opinion. I do not know any studio that offers so many fitness and martial arts classes. And just the good name in the martial arts scene attracts the big names like Erik Paulson to experiential seminars.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I went to trial training twice this week with my daughter. The studio is very large, it is well furnished. You are immediately greeted in a friendly manner and given advice. The staff is very nice and helpful. The courses are great, there is something on offer :) The cleanliness of the premises is perfect. I absolutely loved it and so did my daughter. After the trial session, we immediately decided to become a member and we are very happy about it. You immediately have the feeling that you are in good hands there and the most important thing is that the trainers train you really well. It's not just a pill-pall training, but the kids also get down to business, they are trained very well and that's exactly what we were looking for and found 100% recommendable

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was invited to a trial session today. The facility is super clean and modern. The BJJ training was led by Coach Daniel and it was super professional. I felt very comfortable and can recommend the training to everyone!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very familiar atmosphere, highly talented trainers, one of the cleanest fitness / sports studios in Hanover. The E-Gym training stations in particular convinced me, I lost 8kg in 3-4 weeks without a diet, wow! Crossfit, boxing, BJJ, Krav Maga, Thai boxing, Wing Chun and much more is possible here. After 40 years of sporting activities and 32 years of numerous fitness studios, I have to say that nobody can get me out of here.

Traditional martial arts styles, various fitness sports and many new trends have been forged by the Kenpokan over the years to an agile and dynamic martial arts and fitness landscape. And it goes on - the Crossfithalle is the receipt. And now also Ken's Kitchen. A bold gastronomic attempt to offer high quality food in the home. The decades of training and graduate trainer skills have contributed to the many developments and to gain international respect. The room concept is well thought out and meets all requirements, the equipment is always up to date. The sanitary facilities are always clean and hygienic top! Worth mentioning is above all the always friendly and appreciative tone between all members of the different sports. The novice would not expect that here. And on the part of the team, even in peak times, the response is always friendly and customer-focused. No sound is also nasty. Fantastische Erfahrung: Very friendly staff and top hygiene! There are many martial arts and fitness classes, very cool !!! For me as a student (I am 18 and have to pay a little more than <18 year old students) it is a bit expensive, but for what they have to offer it is completely legitimate.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Kenpokan offers a diverse range of courses, nice and competent coaches, friendly atmosphere. In addition to martial arts strength training, cycling, weightlifter, CrossFit and much more is offered, so that hardly a sportsman wish remains open. In addition, there are always special events such as boot camps or the annual Dragon Boat Regatta. For me one of the best studios in Hannover!
