Fantastisches Erlebnis: I look forward to the workout with Mischa every week. The varied training is just fun and brings me to my limits! I can only recommend!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I am in the Lift Bootcamp once a week. I like the concept very much. The studio is very well equipped and it is trained in small groups. Mischa pays great attention to the correct execution of the exercises and knows how to motivate the group. All in all, the perfect place to work out!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I'm excited! Already after a short time I was able to achieve great progress thanks to the personal consultation and joint implementation. Mischa Bitroff creates an incredibly pleasant atmosphere.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I was more likely to get into Lift Perform Better by accident. Or should I call it lucky coincidence? It is definitely an absolute stroke of luck !!! I have already had experience in the field of personal training, which unfortunately were not very happy. So much the better that I got to know Mischa. Misha accompanies me, my diet and my training since October / November last year. We do it online because I come from near Hamburg. I am impressed and just thrilled, how well the whole thing works. Thanks WhatsApp almost everything is possible :-) and it works really great. But I do not want to miss our regular phone calls. Mischa picked me up just where I stood and gently pushed me in the "right" direction ... with incredible sensitivity, understanding, patience and an always "open ear". What is particularly important to me: Misha comes to me and is really with words and deeds aside and is so wonderfully human. He brings in all his experience and suffering. A great combination. I can only recommend the training with Mischa and would work with him again and again. Misha, thank you for everything! Without you, I would not be up to date! Fantastisches Erlebnis: Lift Perform Better is a brand new and modern way to work out. Who likes to train without being caught by a thousand men is absolutely right here! From my experience from other studios, unfortunately, I have often experienced that one gets from the one or the other personal trainer as a woman sexual allusions, which gives me as a woman an uncomfortable feeling and takes the pleasure of training. I did not experience that at Mischa at all. Training with him is highly professional and absolutely focused on training. Have made amazing progress with him and finally arrived where I wanted to arrive for years and only in a short time. Also through the nutritional counseling I feel so much better. Have much more energy and do not feel so tired. I also learned that starving is not the way to go. Keep it up! Great guy!
