If you want to grow old healthily, functional training is just the thing to increase and improve your mobility, coordination, movement sequences, endurance and strength, regardless of age. With a lot of fun, motivation, perseverance and commitment from Corinna Jahn, everyone can achieve their training goals. She manages to motivate you to get the best out of yourself and to take you to the next level. Successes become visible in a short time. I am happy to have been an FT Club member for 2 years now.
