Fantastische Erfahrung: CrossFit Sennestadt is the right place to take your fitness to the next level. Everyone is the focus here and is supported on their way. No matter whether you are a complete beginner or a competitive athlete. The coaches are highly trained, so you get a high quality training experience. In addition, the focus is on technology and health, so that the necessary safety is provided. The whole team and the whole community make the box my absolute favorite place.

Positive Erfahrung: I feel at home at Crossfit Sennestadt. There is always something to laugh about and a lot to chat about and in between you train or was it the other way around? In any case, the training is something for everyone, even for couch potatoes like me and if you have a problem there is always a coach who listens to you. I'm taking off a star because the prices are sometimes really high.

Fantastische Erfahrung: What I personally really like is that the coaches pick everyone up at their own personal level and deal with special features. So we don't just stick to an exercise as it is prescribed, but we look for alternatives to carry out an exercise. If the CLEAN doesn't work with the BB, you just take two DB. A lot of value is placed on the correct casserole instead of lifting as much weight as possible. Furthermore, "social events" are offered again and again to strengthen the sense of community among each other.

I particularly like the great support from the coaches, who attach great importance to the correct execution of the exercises! The atmosphere in the box is great, which is immediately noticeable in the entrance area with the beautifully designed lounge. The community is also very welcoming. In addition, other events are offered outside of the training, such as a festive Christmas dinner, which creates a real sense of community. Conclusion: Membership with CrossFit Sennestadt is good money, but in my opinion it offers the perfect "all-round package" and is therefore absolutely recommendable!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great team! Here you can tell that everyone involved is having fun and passion (and sweat) in the matter. Much emphasis is placed on performing the exercises correctly in order to achieve the best training effect and prevent injuries. If there are any physical limitations, they will be dealt with immediately and as a matter of course and the exercises adapted accordingly or alternative exercises suggested. The community is also great, one has a lot more of the feeling of a friendly sports club among each other than of a "pumper booth". Even as a beginner with no previous sporting knowledge, you will be welcomed in a friendly manner. The training is not cheap, but since you practically have a personal trainer in the classes, it is price-value in the truest sense of the word.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Outstanding coaches, the best equipment and a great community make up for me CrossFit Sennestadt. Already at the first training session I felt in good hands. I especially like that my wife and I can train together and our baby may just be there!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Have already tried many possible fitness rats. Crossfit has one of the best trening systems in my opinion. I can combine and build up all factors such as strength, endurance and muscle building with very little effort. In addition there is the support of the competent trainers in this box. The slightly higher price level is definitely worth every euro. I would always prefer Crossfitt to a low budget gym.

Anyone entering the premises through the door of CrossFit Sennestadt will be greeted by the words, "The more we give people, the more we will grow together". This philosophy is more than just a few words of welcome - it is a promise, because here you want to grow together. The athletes are given so much by the great team that a wonderful, loving and open-minded community has formed that just has a lot of fun doing sports together and growing with the challenges. With the effective and well thought-out programming of Headcoach Dave, this is no problem either. This improves the fitness and health of all athletes, regardless of whether they are competitive or recreational athletes or "grandmothers". Because every workout can and is adapted by the coach for each according to his individual performance, so that everyone can do the same workout, no one has to feel excluded and the intended training stimulus is thereby preserved for all. In addition, the box is impressively arranged with great attention to detail and extensive equipped with the best Suprfit equipment. After the sweaty workout, generous changing rooms with plenty of loosening and rain showers await. Freshly showered, the gastro area with a cup of "damn fine coffee" invites you to linger, where you always have a cordial word and a good conversation for you. The philosophy mentioned above and lived by the team makes CrossFit Sennestadt what it is - a unique box of which there should be more. If you do not live in OWL and therefore do not have the luck to train at CrossFit Sennestadt every day, but are in the area, you should at least drop by for a drop-in. It is worth it!!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: A great crossfit box and a very good community .. staff and the head coach are very friendly and competent. The programming is very effective and can be practiced by every man and woman. The equipment comes from Suprfit and is very good. This sport is for young and old and who has ever considered trying this sport I can only recommend to watch this box and to complete a rehearsal training. I can only recommend this box !!!

He is even better off at the Crossift in Sennestadt. The boys and girls around Head Coach Dave all just know exactly what they are doing and how they can meet each one of them to help them get the most out of themselves. The other members are great as well, which has given rise to an incredible community in no time at all, warmly welcoming every newcomer regardless of knowledge and fitness. After about 6 weeks of training I already feel like a small part of this big and warm community. Conclusion: top head coach with a lot of knowledge, top team, that understands what it's talking about, top community that welcomes everyone, and top sport, with something for everyone!
