Fantastische Erfahrung: Great coaching team. The box has a family character. Effective crossfit skill units and workouts with weekly focus. You get to know this sport well in the starter course. Registration for training via Mindbody required (group size 8 to a maximum of 10 participants) Box equipment very good. The team of trainers is very competent and will respond to every request / question. Other boxing and martial arts are also offered in the box.

Fantastische Erfahrung: From the beginning I was particularly interested in the holistic training concept and the family atmosphere. I've been with it for almost four years and it just won't get boring! In the last few years the gym and its trainers have changed again and again and continuously developed. In addition to pure crossfit courses, technology courses (olylifting, gymnastics) and nutrition workshops as well as circuit training and fitness boxing were on the agenda. Internal competitions and community events take place regularly. Recently there has been a mother-child course which I am particularly happy about as a new mom. The focus here is on strengthening the pelvic floor and enjoying sports with children. Trainer Uli brings a lot of experience as a mother and thoroughbred athlete to the course and motivates us every Friday with a lot of passion. I can only recommend everyone to become part of the community.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Uli made me fit again after my first pregnancy and introduced me to the world of CrossFit. When it was time to start a mother-child and pregnancy course, I was really happy, after all, everything applied to me :) The course helped me through my second pregnancy, everything was always very professional and customized. My son was very happy to accompany me, it was a real highlight for him, he can run there and at the age of 20 he already starts to do individual exercises. Dealing with each other in the studio is always friendly and familiar. I am already looking forward to my restart after childbirth.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Finally a sports studio with an all-round carefree package. 1a trained team, no question remains unanswered. After a short time, with the help of the Athletic Nation team, I was able to define and strengthen my body in a way that I have not been able to do in the other gyms in all these years. The inner weaker self cannot be overcome here because every training session is fun. And the best thing, while I have Crossfit, my kids can go to the kids sport with the trainer Uli. Uli's energetic manner even lures my two boys, who are addicted to computer games, out of their reserves, learn to playfully correct posture and use their energy correctly. TOP. I can only recommend it.

Thanks a lot for this! But I can only recommend the Crossfit courses. Experienced trainers always ensure a motivating group dynamic, but also take into account the individual condition of each individual in order to achieve maximum training success. TOP!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I can only agree with that, I particularly like the starter courses because you are not just let loose like in normal studios, but receive intensive coaching and ensure that you do it correctly. The Crossfit courses are very varied, I was able to incorporate a lot of them into my "normal" fitness training, cool and motivated trainers on site, nice "fellow sufferers" are always at the start ;-) I always like to come here, 110% recommend.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Friendly, familiar and competent! I've been a member since February and can recommend the box to everyone. In the starter courses you will learn the basic movement sequences, which you will then apply and expand on in the crossfit courses. The courses themselves offer a lot of variety so that it doesn't get boring and you keep reaching your limits. On top of that there are sympathetic trainers who know what they're talking about, good music and respectful interaction with one another.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very friendly and dedicated staff. The members are all in a good mood and you quickly feel welcome. Everything from the equipment is completely there so that you can perform all WODs. Highly recommended!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Just a dream !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For years I have been training in front of myself in the fitness studio without a plan and aimlessly with the goal of simply looking cool and wide. (Spoiler: Didn't work properly for me!) Now that I am doing "really" sport, the focus is simply on getting better / more efficient and stronger, that one looks fitter is now a positive side effect. Our trainer Ferdinand Pilz is not only a world class trainer, he is also a really great person! It's a very familiar atmosphere, which is also promoted by Ferdi through various events (Train & Grill, EM viewing, etc.) What I find particularly good is that Ferdi takes his very own approach to implementing Crossfit and critically questions various exercises. The main thing is that we as "his athletes" remain injury-free so that we can enjoy our sport together for a long time to come!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Undoubtedly the best decision!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Have completed a trial and was from the beginning excited by the team spirit and the sporty-ambitious atmosphere. The trainer took a lot of time with the transformation program to work out my goals and create a challenging workout and nutrition plan with me. So if you really want to have athletic goals and a nice group, you should definitely come to the trial session - because this is where sport really puts you in the mood! Finally a crossfit box in Schöneweide.
