Urban Gladiators - Functional Training in Berlin

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very good, competent and friendly trainers and a professional approach. It is always paid attention to the correct execution of the individual exercises, so that there are no injuries. The fitness increases quickly. I am very satisfied and can recommend Urban Gladiators.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Visit on 23.11.2013 for the trial training. With prior - uncomplicated - registration for trial training, we have just got a seat or was this reserved. The coaches are very competent and can respond individually to weaknesses. It is a bit unusual to do CrossFit or Functional Movement lessons in front of mirrors, but it gives you a different feeling for the body. The training is completely barefoot completed which helps to feel even better. The workouts are adjusted for everyone and no-one needs to be left behind. Spend the money on these coaches, it's definitely worth it and you'll quickly get results. This is ultimately supplemented by the competent references in the diet. Urban Gladiators always worth a trip ... and training anyway!

The units are professionally designed: the head coach (trained sports teacher) and his team ensure tailor-made training which makes us more flexible, stronger and more enduring.
