Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very cool crossfit box. Directly at the S Bahn Pankow. Was very satisfied, exceeded all expectations. Whether you are a beginner or a professional, everyone gets their money's worth, cool community, lots of space to train. The trainers always have an open ear and bring their expertise directly to the athlete in the courses. Many different training offers (e.g. WOD and Shape). Booking is also super easy via the app. You can cancel the course up to 2 hours in advance without losing a training ticket. I would definitely recommend it and the music selection is really good. You can definitely reach your personal and athletic limits here.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Thank you for the outstanding offer and your commitment. Visit the »Box« *only* as a USC member (focus elsewhere, once a week is enough), but wouldn't hesitate for a second to spend more time there if it were appropriate. The studio is clean, spacious and first-class equipped, and more importantly: the trainers and trainees have fun doing it. Technically you feel very well looked after, the trainees are observed & corrected, as well as praised! The studio lives community (really appealing!), and so as a "rare" visitor you sometimes feel strange for a moment... but as a result of the great sporting program, your thoughts quickly return to the result: a good body feeling. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I joined it as a beginner and was initially worried that I would not be able to keep up the workouts ... I can now say that the box is also very suitable for beginners. The coaches look very carefully whether you are doing the exercise correctly and explain a lot so that you feel safe and in good hands. All exercises can be scaled so that there is always an easier alternative if you don't already have the strength. You get a lot of motivation and quickly grow beyond yourself. I can recommend the box to everyone!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: This box is really recommended. Every course has a coach who takes a close look at whether the exercises are being carried out well without any subsequent injuries. Sport is respected here.

Everything is just right here: spacious training area, ideal equipment, competent trainers, team spirit, well thought-out and truly sweaty workouts, an atmosphere to arrive and feel at home. We love to train here! I would particularly like to highlight the commitment of the Argo team in the lockdown or throughout the last year: Home WODs, scavenger hunts, various online seminars and challenges ... everything was done here to ensure that you get through the difficult times fit and strengthened and not lose touch with the community. Nonetheless, I'm soooo happy when the box is allowed to open again! Kudos and THANKS to Argo Athletics!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Argo has I think 4 or 5 gymnastics classes per week which is probably the most from any crossfit box in Berlin. The programming is fun and challenging. I only have been doing gymnastics here so can’t comment on the crossfit wods. In any case the coaches are friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone does it's own pace. That is completely accepted. I feel very well, although my limit is still below average.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: This crossfit gem hides in the back of a little industrial yard and wasn't quite easy to find when I first visited. But happy I am I did. The box itself is superbly equipped (the gear, the showers, the bar etc.), always clean and constantly upgraded with little tweaks here and there. The owners and trainers are in touch with the members, host special events and notably care about new athletes. But it is the feeling of activity, progress and constant improvement of the box that makes an already sweet experience even sweeter. This is not a corporate place, someone really cares here.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been in the Argo Box for about 9 months and I am still totally enthusiastic - a great sport for young and old ... I always enjoyed exercising alone or with PT in the gym. The Argo trainers and owners showed me from the beginning how great it is to master a WOD (workout of the day) with "old hands and beginners" ... sometimes up to the "vomit limit of exhaustion" ;-) ... And the best thing is, if not all movements go because of knee problems etc., another exercise is always found so that you can keep up. Real mega and so there is no excuse that this great sport is not possible - it always works! And I like to get in the box, to be greeted cheerfully and hugged and to switch off from everyday life, because it is a great, indomitable community it!

The trainers are extremely competent and always have an open ear for questions and constantly push you to a new level. Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hammer box with top trainers! * * Yeeehaw I have "ridden through" some boxes in Berlin and have been with Argo in the saddle at Argo for almost 1.5 years now and I am still happy to enter the box every time. Thanks to courses such as gymnastics / Olympic weightlifting, muscle-up and squat snatch are no longer hurdles. If I have small ailments or need a tip on how I can get even more out of my training, the Argo team is always on hand with a lot of know-how and commitment. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I tried several boxes before I opted for Argo, I've been there for 10 months. Large location, very good and well-kept facilities, nice community. You immediately feel at ease even as a beginner. In other boxes I have often found that the "professionals" ignore newcomers - there is no such thing here. Above all, I am thrilled by the team of trainers who exemplify this spirit: competent, funny and always great support!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Trainer with know-how, always open to questions and "customer-oriented". Training equipment and equipment as new and always maintained. Central location in Pankow, easy to reach by public transport or car, enough parking spaces available. The climate within the box among the members can be described as very family. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I can recommend this CrossFit Box to you! The equipment is good (even 2x Assault Bike's!). From April there will be new training plans. The atmosphere is friendly and not as ambitious as is practiced in other boxes. Box 9/10 Equipment 8/10 Sanitary 9/10 Location 8/10 People 10/10 Coaches 9/10. Prices 10/10 The only downside was the short and insufficient warm-up. But that's changing now!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Here I always find a sophisticated WOD, cheerful qualified trainers, high-quality equipment and a supportive and motivating community. I've been there since the opening and it's still a celebration !!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Clearly 5 stars. As an absolute crossfit newcomer, I was greeted very friendly and inviting. I was told something about Crossfit and how the concept works. After a very well thought-out concept you will be introduced to the world of crossfits and learn the basic mechanics of this sport in. Then you can fully enter into the workouts. It is surrounded by friendly and competent coaches who are available with a lot of qualified knowledge and advice. In the beginning I thought that would be too hard for me as a crossfit newcomer. But 10 Kg less after 2 months taught me a better. The community there receives all people, no matter what level you are. The only opponent you have is yourself! I am very happy to be an Argonaut! We recommend.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super pleasant, friendly atmosphere, you feel welcome and are looked after according to your own fitness level. The trainers are very nice and competent and value good shape. They always have a tip when you need to scale or are injured, and also find the right balance to push you when you need motivation. Equipment and cleanliness are great, attention is paid to small things, there are always events or nice specials. Then there is the very nice audience. Couldn't ask for a better box!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The box has top training equipment, everything you need for training is available. The trainers are competent and motivated and are on hand with advice and action. But I found the community particularly positive. Everyone, whether new or has been with us for a long time, is part of a very warm community. Great people, good conversations, you motivate yourself and you enjoy sweating together.

The workouts are well structured, everything is very structured, attention is always paid to individual participants and their execution. I have often experienced it differently.
