Fantastisches Erlebnis: Yesterday I was there for the first time for rehab sport, super nice group, the trainer gave me a very good introduction to the equipment and showed me how it is done. Staff in general very warm and friendly, I felt very well looked after from the first moment. Unfortunately, due to Corona, training is only possible once a week, although more is prescribed. Which the staff can of course do nothing. I was positively surprised by the quick opportunity to be integrated into a training group. Prescription handed in on Mondays, the next day the first training. I highly recommend it.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Now I've been here for the fifth time and I can say a very good gym. There are courses for young and old, but there is also a lot to do for the muscles. There are countless devices and the Träner creates a detailed training plan. Who wants to have even more heat can also go to the sauna. So much is offered here. The staff are nice and accommodating, and it is very clean. A center where I will certainly come back.
