Fantastisches Erlebnis: An absolute top team, it's great fun with you. Despite the 10 minute ''torture'' there is always something to laugh about...keep up the good work. You are the best. Just make an appointment and try it out. It's worth it - definitely. The training is varied and individually tailored to your own well-being. With 1 to 1 support, you are always motivated to persevere and not give up, postural errors are corrected directly, so cheating is not an option. I would prefer to give 10 stars.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been there for almost 2 years and I'm really happy. For years I had some severe complaints in the lumbar spine and these are no longer an issue at all! Thanks for that !!! The training is always really fun, the atmosphere is just totally relaxed and the trainers know exactly what they are doing. Highly Recommended! (:

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I met "my" later personal trainer at a trade fair in Erfurt; there I was able to get a first impression of the effectiveness of the training. What I learned to appreciate very much about the training: I never train alone on the training device all the time, but am supported by the trainer all the time. The trainer doesn't just go through any run-of-the-mill program, but instead has developed a program that is precisely tailored to my needs after taking a detailed anamnesis. With over 50 years of age, I've also had one or two little problems that have been with me for a long time ;-) to training (shoulder pain, for example) - my great, empathetic trainer (thanks Clemens!) Also took care of that and exercises incorporate into the training, which have already significantly alleviated my symptoms. I do the training to make my rusted musculoskeletal system more stable and flexible again - and I feel on the right track in the Vimodrom! Finally, I would like to mention that the whole team at Vimodrom is super nice and attentive! I give 10 stars :-)

What impresses me most is the time window necessary for effective training. It only takes 10 minutes to show its effects. Keep up the good work, you are a great group

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The best thing about this form of sport is the continuous 1 to 1 support from the trainer. Bad posture and too timid exercise are prevented and the 10 minutes are always intense and demanding. In addition, a wide variety of physical complaints (headaches, knee problems, back, ... etc.) are specifically addressed. For me exactly what I was looking for. And they guys / girls from Vimo do it really well too.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The entire team is incredibly friendly and competent. The boys take time for all questions and requests and also take them into account during training. I was worried that I would not be able to keep up after a month-long break in sports, but the training is tailored to you individually. What I think is really great is that the guys fire you off with so much passion, you can only start to believe in yourself ☺️❤️ You are also super flexible with appointments, all in all highly recommended and I look forward to training again every week ✊❤️
