Fantastisches Erlebnis: Before I tried yoga here, I honestly couldn't do anything with it. Even after the first hour a year ago, I felt really comfortable here. The owner Iris and the other teachers do a great job - whether it's classical yoga, yoga with a baby or one of the many workshops! There really is something for every age and every "level" or every level of physical fitness and the lessons are great for the individual students. If you want to do yoga in a setting where everyone focuses on themselves (and not looking at others' "oh, but they can do it much better / worse) and where the help of the teachers is not denouncing, this is the right place There is no "So, now let's all see what xy is doing wrong". That and the calm and really considerate way of teaching of Iris enchanted me, so that after every lesson with "Yogi-Glow" I leave the studio satisfied and challenged. I am very grateful that Iris opened her studio and I look forward to the next months and years!
