Fantastisches Erlebnis: Thanks for a week of active holidays! We were reactivated and motivated. Great studio with Milon circle and many additional courses! Jumping, Pilates, Yoga, Relaxation, Nordic Walking, Biking, Sauna ... Do not forget barbell training (thank you, Andre and Lasse!) ... We felt well cared for all around ...

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Well equipped gym with great, attentive trainers!! There's the Milon Circle there, as well as a lot of sensible equipment on the field. There are always at least one or two trainers on the go, correcting posture, giving tips, motivating or just making a funny joke. My husband and I feel that we are in good hands there. In winter we also like to use the 95 degree sauna.

All about a great sports facility, where the human or the athlete or the rehab patient Super is received. Dear baltic team keeps it up.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The rehabilitation center Heiligenhafen is a really nice modern gym where you feel comfortable with every workout. The staff is very nice and competent and has always an open ear for questions and suggestions. After the workout you can relax in the sauna and forget the time with a cup of tea or coffee. Here every visit is worthwhile!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The rehabilitation center is a great, modern gym, the staff is always friendly, takes a lot of time and helps with any problem. The Milonzirkel and the extensive range of courses make the rehab sports center, in my opinion, one of the best studios in the region around Fehmarn. Furthermore, the r.sh offers great promotions for the members that motivate you again and again. You just feel very comfortable and like to spend your time there, only to be recommended.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have already received treatment here three times. I received excellent help after two sports injuries and an accident. The practice is super easy to get to and there are plenty of parking spaces. Without exception, the staff are very friendly and I have the feeling that they are genuinely interested in the patients' problems.
