Fantastische Erfahrung: Easily my favourite gym in Munich. The gym goers as well as the trainers are all really friendly and welcoming, I go there mostly for the classes (which are intense) and all the trainers really know their stuff and keep an eye on your form so you really improve. It's quite small as gyms go, but that's never been an issue because you can always find a space to do something, you can move the rowing machine/bike/whatever to a different spot for your workout, the vibe is super flexible for that. It feels almost nightclub-ey sometimes in a good way, during a class when the music is loud and everyone is super focused, it's such a vibe and I love this place

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've recently moved to MUC and was looking for a clean GYM with Hammer Strength machines. Since I had only heard positive things about the ELBGym in the past, it was immediately clear to me that I would/would like to register there. So far everything is great! I look forward to the next training session!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I come almost every day and am very satisfied. The selection of devices and the quality of these is great! The trainers are friendly, helpful and always up for a chat. But the best thing is that the majority of the members are very enthusiastic about sports, you can learn a lot just by observing, asking questions or training together (this has absolutely nothing to do with the run-of-the-mill pumpers in various cheap chains... ). The mood is great :) . The ventilation could be better especially in summer and sometimes it could be a bit cleaner. Thanks and keep it up!

Fantastische Erfahrung: After I moved to the area a few months ago and have been a member of Elbgym for several months now, I would like to describe my experience of looking for a suitable gym: In the area around Marienplatz there are a lot of gyms that could potentially be considered. I have tested many, but not all, as the advantages of the Elbgym Hofstatt quickly became apparent. With a background in Crossfit, I was looking for a gym where I could do typical exercises like "box jumps" or "weightlifting". These criteria quickly limited the selection significantly, since most of the gyms in the area do not have the space and equipment to be able to carry out these exercises in peace and safely. Most gyms are more or less replaceable (same impersonal membership concept, little space, intolerant of weightlifting or more complex exercises, etc.). The Elbgym, however, offered me everything I was looking for and also in an absolutely inner-city location: excellent equipment (especially in the area of ​​weightlifting with its own platforms including Eleiko equipment - a dream!), cleanliness (especially changing rooms and showers), lots of space, nice people, fantastic atmosphere and above all courteous and competent trainers who are always ready to help. The last point in particular was important to me because I wanted to use my CrossFit experience to devote myself to the topic of "Olympic weightlifting". In order not to take any unnecessary risk of injury, I wanted a contact person who would not only show me the exercises, but also create a training plan to prepare me optimally for the demanding exercises. And I couldn't be happier. Max (but also other members and trainers!) is available to me with all his competence and doesn't let himself be put off by my many questions "in between at the counter". He takes enough time at the regular meetings to respond to me and my needs. At the same time, he has a good sense of where my weak points lie. Success proves him right. I was able to significantly improve my performance in just a few months thanks to a well thought-out and individual trainer concept that is available to every member - regardless of whether they are experienced or inexperienced. But apart from "weightlifting", the Elbgym offers everything a fitness heart desires. Be it cardio, strength training on machines, "Crossfit" classes, gymnastics, etc. - here you will find everything you need to increase your fitness in different areas and at a fair price, in which towels are already included (rare and often expensive!). All in all, I can recommend the Elbgym without reservation. Be sure to convince yourself on site before you prematurely sign up for a membership somewhere else. You will not regret it!

Directly in the pedestrian zone, but still isolated from onlookers, you can train in the Elbgym Munich both for yourself and in the course. The course content varies and every athlete, from beginner to professional, is challenged thanks to the good coaches. In addition to the cardio and weight machines, the open space also offers many training opportunities. Due to the perfect location, the size is of course manageable, so I say "small is nice" and I'm here almost every day

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been training at the Elbgym Hofstatt for about 10 months now. I chose this gym because it represents the perfect mix of fitness studio and CrossFit box for me and is really well equipped: Concept 2 rowing machines, SkiErgs, assault bikes, air runners, power racks and even a five-circle is available. Various courses are offered: from classic WOD to gymnastics and weightlifting, everything is included. Since the classes always take place under the supervision of a competent and experienced coach, progress can be made quickly. And even outside of the courses, the trainers are always at your side with advice and action. The Elbgym is a gym for everyone who really wants to train and develop their skills further. Rather less suitable for chic-see-and-be-seen clientele.

They are also very competent and give good tips on the exercises. The studio itself isn't the biggest, but you rarely have to wait for a machine to become available. There are always several trainers in the studio and they also take their time when you ask for help or tips with explanations. The training area, showers and toilets are always clean. Not because they are new to Munich, but because they are cleaned here regularly. It was the same in Hamburg. At ELBGYM I got training plans that were very individual, with many exercises that I did not know before. I can also highly recommend the courses. You quickly notice how good you get over time or how fit you actually are. For the reasons mentioned, ELBGYM doesn't cost like a discount fitness chain. I can therefore highly recommend ELBGYM!
