The trainers are in a good mood, are well trained and have many years of experience in the field of fitness and also health. The personalized EMS training is adjusted every time to the constitution and it is very clean. The Milon endurance and power circle is also ideal for those in a hurry. In cs. Fully trained for 35 minutes. Recommended in any case!
