Fantastisches Erlebnis: The location is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Thomas helped me a lot during my time at knee rehabilitation and adapted the exercises and intensity well to the load possibilities. Dealing with him and his wife is nice and informal and the sports room is a super small fitness studio, where there is still something to be found for all areas. Always my pleasure :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Best fitness club ever! During a detailed check-up, personal requests are taken into account and an individual training plan is created, independent training without a plan, or pure course training is possible. Thomas immediately recognizes the strengths and weaknesses and also takes health problems into account. Finally someone who understands his job as a calling and is competent. Gönül & Thomas are a super friendly team, here you can just feel good and important: do something for your immune system.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I took a look out of curiosity last year and the owner spontaneously let me do test exercises to find my mobility restrictions. I found him quite competent, the studio was very well equipped and the people were nice, more like rehab or beginners. The courses on offer weren't that appealing to me because I already do yoga and crossfit elsewhere. I don't think it was possible to train independently with Myfitnesscard at the time, otherwise I would have liked to train there sporadically

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Exercising is really fun in this relaxed and friendly atmosphere. In addition, care is taken to ensure that the exercises are carried out correctly. I feel very well looked after, thank you for that!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A great gym! Small and cozy, with a nice set of equipment and a very friendly atmosphere. Membership includes setting up and regularly updating a personalized program, as well as constant access to support/help during training (which makes it a bit more expensive than some alternatives, but I think it's totally worth it). So overall a great experience, can recommend to everyone.
