Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym, everything clean, the trainers seem competent, the training plans are adapted to individual abilities and training goals after a "pre-training" and are also happy to be readjusted after a few months if there are changes. The devices are diverse and available in absolutely sufficient numbers, such as standard items such as water dispensers and of course there is everything. The sauna is also definitely in great condition, but has often been closed lately due to Corona. The trainers know you by name, even if, like me, you don't come to training for 1-2 months due to acute laziness. I've been training for a little over a year now, I'm moving soon, otherwise I would have gladly continued there. The only downside is the short opening hours, especially on weekends. 12-6 p.m. is a bit tight on Saturdays and Sundays, especially if, like me, you like to train in the morning. But real trainers are present during the entire opening hours, not just the security service (which I wouldn't find so bad now). But you know that before you sign there, so you can't really blame them.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Moin, I've been registered with the Fitness Insel since 2018 and can only give 5 ⭐️ ++++. My reason for this rating is very simple and simple, before 2018 I wasn't the type for sports and certainly not for fitness studios, but since I wanted to change my body, I just dared and as it turns out with success. The Fitness Insel is not a 0/15 chain, it's family-like here, you have a great team from the bosses to the employees, from reception to support if you want (training plans etc), the renovation during the Corona period shows everything, here the money does not flow into your own pocket but into the studio . I love coming here and you can also find great people here, you won't find posers like in the studio chains here . My only criticism is that the opening times on weekends are only from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. . Just come here and make your own picture and you will be amazed. Greetings Gabriel

Very nice competent team. I felt welcome there. Everything you need is there in terms of devices. The studio is divided into different areas: strength, stomach, circles, cardio, legs. Among other things, there are also older devices that you can hardly see these days. Always set new stimuli! Everything was very neat and clean. I could only come three times for more appointments.
