Fantastisches Erlebnis: After a very long break on the skis, I didn't want to give my joints and ligaments an absolute shock and decided on targeted preparation and strengthening with EMS. I was not disappointed! The training plan was carefully drawn up and adapted to my very individual times. The units were demanding but not too difficult and after the first 4 sessions I slowly felt all the muscles in my legs again. Definitely recommendable if, as in my case, you have been out of action for a long time and want to prevent injuries.

Why only, there are so few providers who value it? EMS training is finally fun again, because I do not always get the same training with the boys and girls, but all train very individually with me. Even my hobbies or passions, such as skiing, climbing or golfing are discussed in detail. Simply great. Thank you dear team!
