Fantastisches Erlebnis: Neben kompetenter und professioneller Beratung schätze ich besonders, dass alle Mitarbeiter*innen stets äußerst freundlich und hilfbereit sind! Ganz besonders möchte ich auf die neuen Westen hinweisen, die seit Anfang 2022 im Studio eingesetzt werden - ein enormer Boost beim Training!! Äußerst empfehlenswert - einfach mal zum Testen vorbei gehen, so habe auch ich meine Liebe zum EMS-Training entdeckt :-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great alternative to the regular gym. The training units can be designed personally and individually. Maximum training in a short time and minimal contact with other people, which is currently an advantage.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: For me it was important that only licensed EMS trainers are employed here and that the body shape is probably the only EMS studio in Hannover TÜV certified. Why only, there are so few providers who value it? EMS training is finally fun again, because I do not always get the same training with the boys and girls, but all train very individually with me. Even my hobbies or passions, such as skiing, climbing or golfing are discussed in detail. Simply great. Thank you dear team!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Many thanks to the Körperformen Hannover-Kirchrode Team. I have been there since April and feel the training on the one hand very demanding on the other hand very intense and stimulating. Although I feel very broken after training and realize that it was very intense, but also strengthened and quite motivated. Anton always challenges me to the last, Laura and Dzenisa are usually rather a little to me and let me take a breath in between. All in all a great workout, thanks again for your support. Manuel: with the selection of your team you did everything right !!!
