Fantastisches Erlebnis: Anyone who knows me knows that ice hockey is my greatest passion. I have been practicing this unique sport for 22 years now. Unfortunately, this was not possible for the last 16 months due to the corona. Apart from a break of almost 6 weeks, from mid-September to the end of October 2020. From November onwards, the miserable long lockdown. From now on, nothing worked. No ice hockey, no CrossFit training. The result: an unhealthy diet, too little exercise, obesity and, on top of that, high blood pressure. Thanks to the support, through personal training and last but not least, through the varied and great training with the muscle animals in the Jungbusch, the re-entry after 16 long months, last Saturday, was easier for me than it has been for a long time! Through daily training and a more conscious diet, I can get my health problems under control better and better. For this I thank Melli and also dear Vivi very much! I am really looking forward to working with you in the future to continue creating the sporting and health basis so that I can practice and live this great sport for a long time to come. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I recently joined the musclet group and I really enjoy it. I've done strength and fitness training before, but this is my first experience in "social sport".
