Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hello everybody, I've been training at Omnis for almost 2 months now and have to say I'm really excited. The training is versatile and a lot of fun. A lot of courses are offered, so there is something for everyone. The trainers are very nice, helpful and competent. A lot of attention is paid to correct technique. On the one hand, the execution and implementation of the individual punches / kicks are illustrated in more detail by different combat situations. After a short time, progress regarding strength, endurance and coordination can be seen. It is worth going into training on a regular basis, because physical fitness strengthens general well-being and self-confidence. I can only recommend everyone to come over for a trial training session to see if you have fun training.
