You dive into the yoga world for 1.5 hours and leave the yoga studio feeling more relaxed and with a clear head. It's so good that after a while you don't want to be without it! The yoga room is nice and bright, you immediately feel comfortable there. In my opinion, the range of classes offers something for everyone, there are also yoga classes online. Maren addresses the possible physical limitations and offers different variants of each more demanding asana. This is not about a sporting challenge or high physical performance. It is pure yoga, but I can hardly put it into words. You just have to come here and experience it for yourself.

When you enter the center, you feel fine immediately :) All participants are taken where they are and there is plenty of individual help. The lessons are very clearly structured and practice focused on certain aspects. Step by step you can expand your own yoga practice under expert guidance. There are always several options for demanding asanas or parts of the exercise, so that you can practice as much as you can. The other participants are also a really nice group and the atmosphere is always very, very nice. And there is also a lot of laughter;)

The rooms have been lovingly redesigned and renovated and the yoga classes at Maren, which I have been visiting for a long time, are just great.
