Fantastische Erfahrung: Prasadavati teaches yoga through in-depth anatomical knowledge combined with decades of experience and continuing education - in a friendly way and atmosphere, so that I can say after more than 30 years of teaching: it never bores, but is always exciting, challenging and insightful. The guidance includes mindfulness of the limits of the individual body, breathing and mind, always reminding students of the wholeness of the human being and not reducing the yoga class to fitness and performance.
