Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very intensive and constructive training! It's a lot of fun and I'm optimally prepared for what's going on in class. Just wonderful!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I came across Natural Energism through the Energetic Flow yoga teacher training, because dear Laura is the instructor of my course. I felt comfortable with her from the very first lesson, both in the yoga class and in the training. Laura is passionate about it, always making sure that nobody is left behind and that everyone gets what they personally need and want from the lesson or training. Anyone who expects dogged lessons is almost definitely out of place, because she pulls you along and kindles a fire in you that flows into every single pore. The yoga teacher training brings a deeper understanding of yoga and life and I recommend it to anyone who practices yoga (so far only on the mat) and would like to dive deeper.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The best place to go not only to get physically fit, but also to heal mentally. Through her workshops and great conversations, Laura managed to get clarity and light back into my head. She "turned on the light" so I could see my way again. With her support, I was able to find the courage to let bad go and let good come. Through joint workshops by Laura and Ninja, I am braver than ever and burn for my ideas and dreams. Ninja showed me in individual coaching how valuable I can be for others with my work. A wonderful team that lets you grow. Thank you for everything.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Dear Laura, I couldn't have wished for a better start to the day. I attended your mindfulness course today and I'm still totally amazed. @Ninja initially walked us through their ETF offering. The information was also sent by email on the same day. Laura explained and let us experience meditation and breathing techniques. You can feel that Ninja and Laura "burn" for their topics and can convey them wonderfully. Despite a wealth of valuable information, by the end I felt completely clear and free. This flow carried me through the whole day today. She stands behind everything she says, conveys and addresses completely, 100 % ❤️ and in my opinion that also makes her lessons something very special. She responds to the needs of the participants and is always open to feedback. The moments with Laura are always something very special, characterized by appreciation and trust.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I booked the basic meditation workshop on the WE. It was really impressive to see the "simple" methods you can use to find some peace. In addition, one had the feeling of being in a very protected space with Laura. The whole group was very pleasant and I felt just right there. There was also a small introduction to EFT on top. The Ninja teacher introduced the topic to you very well and effectively, and I was really very skeptical about it. A great, educational and relaxing morning. I'm already looking forward to everything else to come from Laura ❤️

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I am very happy to recommend Studio Energism. Anyone who is on vacation in the region and is looking for relaxation is absolutely right with Laura and Co. Fantastisches Erlebnis: Today's course "Meditation and Mindfulness" was perfect! Time was taken for each participant. Personal needs have always been included. Each participant could meditate individually adapted to himself. Each topic was discussed in detail and well explained beforehand. Amazing how quickly two hours can go by. I felt very comfortable and warmly welcomed by the course instructor Laura. I will soon book another course to learn more meditation techniques. I can only recommend this!!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I feel very comfortable and in good hands in the studio. The trainers are cheerful, friendly and competent and always have an open ear for questions and requests. For those who have not tried it yet: Sound yoga is also highly recommended.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Absolute heart recommendation. A nice studio where you feel in good hands from the first moment. Laura, Ninog and Olga teach great yoga. From relaxing, calm to dynamic flowing, everything is included, and your announcements are competent. This is how yoga can be.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A great studio with a feel-good character. There is something for every (yoga) type here. The teachers teach with body and soul and cater to the various groups and their wishes perfectly. I really enjoy being a student here.
